Under $700 PC, How is it?

Looking to game and stream on this pc. Primarily games such as R6, Rust. Gta5, DBD, etc Esport titles. I will use OBS to stream, if that matters or not.
Wondering if this is a good build for the price/is there something I could change to make it better or take some money off somewhere, thanks.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I have an SSD! I’m sorry that I didn’t say earlier but it just slipped my mind right now.
