I plan to upgrade my pc, or rather an overhaul and change teams lol i just have a few questions.

What i have..

Processor: AMD 8350FX 8 core 4.0ghz Gpu: 980 classified Ram: 32gb ddr3 Mobo: asus sabertooth 990fx Storage: 1Tb HDD

What im thinking about getting..

Processor : i7 8700k Gpu: 980 classified Ram: 16gb ddr4 Mobo: ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z370 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard Storage: 250gb SSD (with the old 1TB as a secondary)

But for my current set up i have Asetek 570LX High Performance Liquid Cooling (240mm Radiator) for the 8350fx now my question is will this be sufficient to keep the i7 at decent temps without major OC? I do plan to push for the 5.0ghz or at least near it but i will get a new cpu cooler for that when the time comes if this cant do the job.

2nd question: will i be able to reuse my current windows 10 digital key to preform the fresh install?
