This build is for my friend/coworker that wants to get into PC gaming. He gave me a 1000$ budget for everything including keyboard/mouse and monitor. He also wants 99% of it purchased from Amazon. He is used to gaming on xbox/playstation and would like an improvement, but it does not need to be anything over the top. Games he would like to play: CS:GO, pubg, monster hunter, and destiny.

The only thing he said not to get was a headset because he likes the one he uses for xbox/playstation.

The video card is from EVGA and is B-stock: https://www.evga.com/products/productlist.aspx?type=8

The monitor is from bestbuy and is currently on sale. I know very little about monitors so I kinda just picked one from /r/buildapcsales

I was also thinking of dropping the B450 to a B350 to save a few dollars, thoughts?

We are located on a military base so everything needs to be ordered online and from the United States. Ready to purchase this week.
