Do I have to reinstall windows after changing motherboards?

Post Body

My pc has a 8600k, a MSI Z370 A-PRO motherboard. I am installing a new Z370 motherboard in this pc in 2-3 days. My OS and drivers are installed on a 500GB SSD.

If I should reinstall windows, can I run this SSD for a while on the new mobo to backup its data before reinstalling windows?

Edit: Where do I find the old motherboard drivers to uninstall?
