I am getting same CPU temperature at 50% and 100% cpu usage, at 70% and 100% aio fan speed which is always 60- 62C at 30C ambient. My friend with same case, cpu and ambient temperature but with Corsair h100i (240mm aio) gets 52C temperature, both our AIOs are front mounted since that's the only place available on the case.

Unfortunately, my aio's pump died couple of days ago and when I removed it I found thermal paste on surface full of small cracks. Is that normal?

I had applied pea shaped size thermal paste in the center and it was spread evenly on the CPU.

Edit: The CPU is always running at stock speed.
