I'm a newbie getting a bunch of new parts, what do I need to know?
Post Body

I am getting a new motherboard, cpu, ram, and case all at the same time. I have never changed out anything more than my ram on my computer, and I don't know anything about installing windows or a bios update. A few tips would be really appreciated.

In case you want to know:

(Old)

(New with parts)

Also, PCPartpicker gives me this message:

The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the MSI - B350 PC MATE ATX AM4 Motherboard.

Does this mean I need to buy an adapter for my motherboard, and if I do which one?

Thanks!
