Can anyone tell me if my pc is good enough to run certain games?

I bought a PC for about $450 but still have to upgrade the Windows from W7 32 bit to W10 64 bit. I don't know much about PC gaming and PCs overall, so could anyone help me and tell me if this PC will be able to run games such as GTA 5, H1Z1, Rainbow Six Seige, Rust, CS:GO, etc? Thanks!
