Any harm in cpu running at turbo speed all the time?

My 8600k is running at turbo speed of 4.1-4.2 GHz on all cores even at idle.My idle CPU temp is 50c and ambient is 35c.I think I can change it through minimum processor state in power settings.
I just want to know if there is any harm in it running at turbo speed at all times and if I should change the min processor state,what % should I set it at(currently at 100%)?
