OK so I built my cousin a PC last year and he comes to me saying he was playing Overwatch when it suddenly turned off, since then it's been stuck on the vendor splash screen, telling me press delete to enter BIOS and so on, nothing I press on the keyboard does anything, I tried clearing the CMOS, changed the RAM slots, tried with and without drives, tried with a windows USB plugged in, even tried a brand new motherboard and it's still stuck on the splash screen.
I don't know what I'm missing, any ideas
