HDD not appearing on my computer

New build but having an issue ryzen 5 1600x ROG crosshair hero VI WiFi Toshiba HDD 3 TB Samsung SSD 256 GB Windows 10 64 bit
The Toshiba drive wonāt show up under my computer ādevices and drivesā and I canāt put anything on it but the bios has it listed and itās under my device manager.
It does NOT appear under disk management and Iām not sure what the issue is as Iāve tried several plugs and spots on the MB and updated the drivers.
