What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I plan on doing some high end streaming and a lot of emulating. I tend to play LoL a lot, but I would love to stream some ps2, gamecube, wii, and things from my switch with a capture card.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

1080p, 60fps, max settings on pretty much anything I put my hands on.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

I want to ballpark at 2k honestly, was probably going to get a loan for this PC if black friday sales and this post don't work out for my needs at a cheaper rate
