When playing PUBG my computer gets up to 73-74 degrees, and my computer freezes up and shuts down sometimes. Just submitting this post it is at 50 degrees.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

Cleaned my fan, I have changed out hdmi cables, vga cables, new monitor, new power outlet.
