I am trying to boot my new build through the Windows 10 in my USB and everything seems to go well until I hit the logo screen where I've had one of two things happen. The first being that the Windows 10 logo will show up briefly, then after a few seconds will go away and my monitor give me a "No signal" and go on standby (meanwhile everything else is on and running.) The second being that, under the mentioned Windows logo there would be circles as if it were loading but the screen remains frozen until I turn off the computer. List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

I've tried downloading Rufus as a friend of mine had suggested using a Windows ISO provided from Windows Installation Media and the same problem occurs. I am able to get into BIOS and have tried changing some boot settings to no avail.
