Hey! just graduated, around 3k to spend, and a 7 year old pc that doesn't update well anymore.

• So Yes I'm looking to make a computer that first and foremost performs well. I don't care how it looks so much when it comes to price. Function over form I guess
• I would like to be able to work with the adobe suite, unreal Engine, aswell as Maya with no issues.
• I'd like to be able to game and stream at the highest quality in 1080
• Dual monitor
• I want ssd and high speed HDD
• Useful software to have for a fresh PC
• All peripherals

So yea thats what I can think of now. I prefer intel and Nvidia. I don't have much knowledge only any of this and assistance would be greatly appreciated. I plan to start buying and building this thing over the summer so there is a bit of time. Thanks again!!
