Build Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Nope. I kid, I kid, I did.
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
She'll have it as her personal workstation and gaming computer.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
1080p gaming on medium to high details, although 60 fps is not absolutely required. The most demanding game she will play on it is probably Civilization 6. But I'd still want to have some headroom.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
20 to 23 000 Czech crowns, or ~900 US dollars. But HW is more expensive here, so bear that in mind.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
Czech republic
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I already have the CPU and we will be using our older FullHD IPS monitor. I also have my older, but still healthy 1TB WD HDD that I want to add to it so she can store her music and films there.
What I'd like to know above all is whether the PSU is not overkill and whether the motherboard pairs nicely with the rest.
