I intend to use this PC mainly for gaming, but also programming. I will have dual monitor, and I have a 1080p 144hz monitor so I would want games to be able to run at max or near max settings, at 100 fps with 1080p.
I am buying from PCspecialist and here is the build:
Case: Coolmaster CM690 III Advanced case (green)
CPU: i7-6800k
MB: Asus Rog Strix X99
RAM: 2x8GB Kingston dual DDR4 2133MHz
Graphics: Geforce GTX 1080
HDD: 2x 3TB SATA-III 3.5", 5GB/s, 7200rpm, 64mb cache
M.2 SSD: 512GB Samsung SM961
Power: Corsair 550W VS Series
Cooling: Noctua NH-U14S
I do not intend to overclock, and I have no idea how to overclock. The only thing I know how to do is to overclock GPU with stock voltage with MSI Afterburner and since it is stock voltage, it will probably only be a difference of 2 fps.
Any advice will be great.
Edit: Price is around £2200 but it is not of a great concern.
