Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Primarily playing games on as close to max settings as possible and potentially VR in the future, it may also see use compiling fairly large chunks of code for work. I also want it to last a fair few years without needing many upgrades (although I'm willing to drop the settings after a year or two if nessecary)
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
Multi-monitor 1080p 60fps Ultra. Potentially VR in the future
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
£1300, if absolutely necessary I can push to £1400.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
United Kingdom.
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I already own an SSD which will be transferred over and I have built several PCs in the past, I may overclock this build in the future.
I posted this once before and didn't really get much of a response (as per the rules its been over 24 hours), I'm mostly happy with it but would appreciate if someone could check over the motherboard, case and the GPU model (I'm confident I want a 1070, I'm not so confident about the specific manufacturer version).
