Build Help:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes!
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
School and gaming, mostly. I'm a designer so I'll be running things like Illustrator, Photoshop etc., and possibly some video editing software occasionally. I mostly play TF2 and Overwatch and I'd be interested in possibly streaming both of those to Twitch as well—although that's less important since I'm not sure what my internet speeds will be like.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
120 fps in TF2 on dx9 (I don't mind slightly lower resolutions, but ideally 1080p ). A stable minimum of 60 fps in Overwatch (on any settings) would be nice too.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
~$900 CAD without the case (bought it in a sale a while ago)
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
Canada
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I've never done this before and I don't know what I'm doing... I mostly went off some advice from friends and www.logicalincrements.com so any advice would be helpful. I'm also not looking to upgrade in the very near future, so I'd like this build to last a couple years at least (I don't mind low settings)
Thanks for reading :)
