I'm currently running: 6600k at 4.2 ghz 980s in SLI 16gb ddr4 ram 1440p at 144hz monitor

I'm usually running 80 percentage or higher on most games across all cores, is this normal or should I be worried? I was thinking it would have better optimization because it being a newer chip but this is a bit concerning to me, does anybody have any suggestion? I have no virus either, I have scanned my entire computer multiple times with different spyware and malware.

Most games also have 100 percent usage as well, this is something that makes me worry about being the wrong cpu I should have bought, I just bought the 6700k hoping this would help the problem.
