Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes, I have.
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
This build will be used by an accountant strictly for business. I hope for it to last at least 5 years and be able to run whatever comes after Windows 10 eventually with a RAM upgrade and possibly a CPU upgrade. This build will be connected to two monitors that are connected to their old computer, both monitors have a D-SUB and a VGA input and neither has DisplayPort or HDMI.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
<$500US
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
USA
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

This is a computer I'm building for a friend to replace her old laptop. She is an accountant so I have considered doing RAID 1 for redundancy but for now I will set her up with Cloud Backup and then down the road she might choose to get another SSD for redundancy. As it stands now if it fails then it's not a problem to just order another SSD on Prime Same-Day, throw Windows and QuickBooks on it quickly and restore the data from the Cloud. Quick question about that: I don't see why it wouldn't be but does anyone have any comments setting up RAID 1 with and SSD and an HDD? One thing I'm considering is swapping the case for Rosewill SRM-01 which seems to have better ventilation and cable management and is slightly more expensive, however I don't foresee heat being a problem with the absence of an HDD and a dedicated GPU. Down the road is another stick of 8GB RAM would probably do this build well. A 3rd monitor is a possibility as well. Motherboard question: can the VGA and the DVI be used in tandem for a dual monitor set up? Thanks in advance!
EDIT: The accountant in question just gave me an update that they are considering getting another monitor of the same type, I informed them that they would have to get a different type of monitor because the VGA and the D-SUB outputs would already be taken so the 3rd monitor would have to have an HDMI or a DisplayPort input.
