Quick question about fan placement

I have 1 fan spot in the rear which is right next to my CPU, and another fan spot in the front of my case. If I want to get my CPU as cold as possible(running on 85C while playing Life is Strange, xeon w3520 with stock cooler) which fan port should be exhaust and which should be intake? Both of them intakes?
