Is it OK to connect two case fans to one system fan header?

Post Body
So in my planned build, I'm going to be using an NZXT S340 case, with two 140mm fans on the front of the case, one 120mm on the top, and another 120mm on the back. However, the motherboard I'm planning to use only has 3 system fan headers. Is it OK to use a fan splitter to plug two of the fans into one header, or should I just plug one of them into the PSU instead?
