I want to use this PC to play games at decent settings but most importantly just run smoothly (~30-60FPS, I'm not that picky, and my eyes are bad) at 1080p (I use my living room TV as my monitor). Small to fit in the entertainment cabinet (yes I know this is terrible for airflow) Also hopefully quiet.
Budget is around $800 which I'm close to. I could go up a hundred or two if any good suggestions.
