Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yep

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming and other general use.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

Looking to play at the highest settings possible on current and future triple A games. I've been playing on potatoes for a long time, so I don't want to mess this up.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

~$1600 for everything

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

United States

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I understand that this rig will be overkill for the monitor I am purchasing. I plan on upgrading to a 144Hz monitor in a couple months and using this one as a second screen.

So what do you guys think? Am I good to go?
