[Build help] Choosing the right X99 board with plenty of fan headers, considering the Asus Sabertooth or Asus Delux.

I have always really enjoyed customizing my fan curves and getting my PC just perfect so it can idle quiet and stay cool under load. My program of choice is Speedfan.
I'm ready to purchase a X99 board, and I've seen that the Asus Sabertooth has 11x4 pin PWM fan headers. The Asus Delux has 9x4 pin PWM fan headers.
All the other boards I looked at had 6 or fewer.
Is there a good reason to not consider the Asus Sabertooth and Delux? Is there a comparable option that I'm missing?
