So I've finally gotten all of my parts together, I plugged the computer in, and turned it on. The power button L.E.D.s lit up, the case fans and graphics card fans spun, and the heat sink fan on the CPU moved forward a little a few times. After a few seconds, it shut off. Then back on, repeat, shut off, back on, wwwhhaaaat do I do? I tried "clearing the CMOS" by shorting the circular battery thingamashit (and might I add that there was a spot for the CMOS jumper but... no jumper?), and I tried unplugging the CPU fan, unplugging the SSD and HDD, and tried to turn the computer on after doing each of these things individually, all of them to no avail. What do I do? ;-; (Update) The computer has booted with the RAM installed into the 3rd slot, but will not with RAM installed in the first and second. Is this an issue?
