Hey Buildapc! I'm looking to quiet my PC down quite a bit so it's a little bit nicer to be in the same room with.

That's the current build. The fan setup is as follows:
2 x 120mm Corsair SP 120mm on Top, 1 x Fractal 140mm rear for exhaust, and 1 x 200mm Intake in the front. I have 2 other 120mm Cosair SPs.
I also have a Deepcool Captain 360 that I've been meaning to install, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. However, I've been considering doing an overhaul, and going for something like this:

The setup would be 2 x intake front, 1x intake bottom, 1 x rear exhaust, 2 x top exhaust.
Probably still overkill.
Anyway, I have a few questions:
- How much better is the R5 than the Enthoo Pro at silence? Is it my fans or my case that's really causing the problem? Should I just replace my fans?
- Is it a good idea to do a BIOS mod to my 970 to allow it to run a 0% fan speed when not gaming?
- Are the fans I chose good?
- Is this a good, quiet, CPU cooler? My 4690K is not OCed atm, so it's stock, but I'd like to. Is it significantly quieter than the Captain 360 I have already? Should I replace the fans from the Captain 360 (3 x 120mm) with my Corsair ones, or should I buy the CM ones, or...?
- Any better suggestions? Just curious how much this is all worth. I can sell my old case to a friend for just under the cost of the R5, so that's not a big loss, and I can sell the 360 to make up for the NHD15. I can sell my old Corsair fans as well to make up for the new ones, so in total, this upgrade would cost ~$50 max, and if it's quiet enough I can sleep while it's running, it's worth it. Currently I cannot.
