I've heard that the MSI Radeon R9 390 can be a little loud and the some of the GTX 980 graphics cards give a better performance while maintaining a cooler temperature. Is the R9 390 one of the top cards on the market right now. Also, will the system perform just as well on windows 10 as it would on windows 7 or does it really matter. If there are any other suggestions about parts please let me know.
