Post Body

So this is not a first build, it is more or less an upgrade. I'm upgrading my system (mainly for some light 4K gaming with a new $300 Acer K2 monitor from Walmart. Great deal, right?) and I'll for sure be using a FX8350 as my CPU of choice. I'm have been debating between getting an EVGA GTX 970 SSC or a MSI R9 390. The rest of my Setup is as follows: AMD FX-6300 (Soon to be FX8350, they have the same power consumption) Asus 980e MoBo 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 160MHz Kingston V300 SSD 120GB WD Blue 1TB EVGA GTX 750Ti FTW Rosewill 550W Gold PSU (I can get the model if you require it.) My basic question is this: the total power consumption of my system with a R9 390 and a FX8350 would be 509W, is it possible to run this with stability on a 550W PSU?
