[Troubleshooting] GPU fan producing annoyingly loud sound.

Post Body

My fan has gotten annoying loud recently and the sound is close in similarity to a washing machine from a far.

It seems like the fan is loose or perhaps something is wrong with the bearings since the sound subsides when I slightly press up on the fan (not enough to stop it or slow it down much).

I've already tried tightening the screws for the fan, but that didn't anything. I am planning on having time this weekend to really get around to fixing this, but would like some input on how to go about fixing this in the meantime. Thanks

Info: The GPU is a secondhand sapphire vapor-x r9 270x I bought from a litecoin miner almost 2years ago. So not much of a surprise for me to see a fan issue.
