Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

Chassis fan:
Occasionally spins very slowly and makes harmonic buzzing noise. I've fixed it once by re-plugging in the 4 pin fan connector or restarting my computer. Currently it is making no noise and spinning very slowly. I have not messed with fan RPM in the bios, nor do I have a fan controller on the computer.

HDD:
Shows up in the bios but not in my devices.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

Fan:
See above. right now it's just spinning stupidly slowly. If I restart my computer it will probably be fine but I'd like to resolve this. Aside - the fan connector is very tightly fastened to the mobo - I'm afraid I won't be able to disconnect it if I were to replace it.

HDD:
Switching SATA cables, etc.

Post relevant photos of build/parts here.

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I'd appreciate some recommendations for exhaust fan replacements and how to remove it from the motherboard without damaging anything important.
