Build Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
I have!
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Largely gaming, with a side of browsing and stuff.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
Games I look to be playing include Skyrim, Fallout 4, Witcher 3, Arkham Knight, Battlefront possibly (if EA doesn't mess it up too much). High to Ultra settings preferred, at as high a framerate I can get. I intend to get a 144 Hz screen. I will use 2 monitors; if I'm gaming on one, the other will have my browser, media player, etc open. Resolution: 1080p
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
I have around $950 to spend. It can be a bit more, but only if truly necessary.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
'Murica fuck yeah

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I was considering the 970 for a bit, but I'm going to go with the 390 unless I am really convinced that what I'm doing is absolutely the worst decision.
The case is largely a placeholder, though I have nothing against it. I'll probably choose what tickles my fancy most when I head to Microcenter and can see them in person.
I've heard that Intel SSDs are reliable and perform well. Is it worth the premium on the price I'm seeing?
Thanks for all the help!
