What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
I intend to use it for gaming. I mostly play CS:GO at the moment but I'm looking into starting the Witcher series, along with Rust and Fallout 4 when it comes out. I might begin to stream in the future and preferably with 720p 60FPS at 3,500 Kbps.

Really would like to know if I can get better parts for the budget. 16GB of RAM is preferred for me. If I can somehow go X99 and still have a good build, I'd like to.
