Hello! For the last few months I have been researching computer parts and an stuck in one decision. I have made two build options. This build will be used for streaming

I am wondering which one of these would run better and provide better quality for streaming. I am currently gaming at 1080p but plan to upgrade to 2k or 4k in a year. What do you guys suggest my course of action should be? Maybe I should get the 970 and SLI in the future? Or perhaps get an entirely different graphics card? Any suggestions would be very greatly appreciated
