The reason I specified for West Coat is because today a shipping company by the name of OnTrac left my package in apartment building on my patio in the middle of the day. I am 99.99% sure that it was stolen. Since the details on the tracking information was "Delivered: on patio" I live in a sketchy city in the sketchier part of town and the tenants of my apartment buildings are not the classiest of people. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had an issue like this with OnTrac? Also since I bought it from NewEgg does this mean that I have to file a claim with NewEgg and Ontrac?
