Hi all,

I haven't built a PC in a loooong time, so I'm a little nervous about pulling the trigger on this!

This is the second iteration of a build I originally based on the End-All Build from /r/pcmasterrace. In addition to my own changes, I've considered some recommendations gathered last week both on reddit and on the pcpartpicker forums. Now I'm looking for any final feedback before I buy these parts and get building.

Also, does anyone know of any new components coming out in the next few months that might be worth waiting for?

The primary function of this PC is for gaming and also for software development (nothing processor-intensive though, so I don't think I need an i7, am I wrong?).

I'd like components to be as future-proof as possible. Hopefully this build will last me 5 years as is, and then I'll be able to upgrade individual parts instead of a from-scratch build.
