Need some help.

Im building my very first pc, sadly im on a budget and in need for some advice. My budget is roughly around 600. I recently purchased (GPU) XFX R9 280 and a (CPU) Amd fx-6300. These are included in the budget, so I spend around 350 on these. What I need help with is the motherboard, I dont want to spend more then $60 on the mother board. Ram at a minimum of 8Gb, with power supply of 650W, a SSD maybe around 64 to 128, harddrive about 500 at 7200 rpm and a case. Thank you in advance for your help.
