Been trying to upgrade my Realtek RTL8190 802.11n Wireless LAN (Mini-)PCI NIC as it seems that there is no more official support for the driver and it's getting pretty old.

I was recomended this as a replacement, but I read somewhere that 802.11ac is the new thing on the block, and I would like to be able to switch to that without needed to upgrade my parts again.

I'm currently looking into this or this but i'm afraid of buying something that doesn't fit into my mobo

Any help is appreciated.
