[Build Help] - Will getting a new processor improve my PC's performance when gaming?

Post Body

Working on adding some components to my build since like any other PC gamer I don't feel like I have enough power currently.

Currently my processor is a Intel Core i7 3770, get's around 3.4ghz can't be overclocked. I'm wondering if upgrading to something like a 4770k will help with my performance in games like ArmA 3 (higher fps), or if It will just help with loading times and such. I currently also have a gtx 770 but it just doesn't feel like enough.

I guess another option for more power would be getting an other 770 and SLI'ing.
