This is my first time building a PC, so I want to make sure I haven't picked anything especially stupid before I start ordering parts. I am reusing several parts from an old prebuilt including a less-than-ideal older gen i5 CPU, but I plan to upgrade it to a newer gen i5 within a year when money allows. The older gen CPU uses the 1155 socket so I'm buying a cheaper mobo since I'll have to replace the mobo as well with an 1150 socket mobo when I upgrade the CPU. I already have peripherals purchased.
