Can my computer handle a new PSU?

Currently I have a 500w psu, but im looking for a 700w or more because Im getting a GTX 770. But can my computer handle it? My specs:

CPU Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

Hard Drives 932GB Western Digital WDC WD10EARX-32N0YB0 ATA Device (SATA)
