Can my computer handle a new PSU?

Currently I have a 500w psu, but im looking for a 700w or more because Im getting a GTX 770. But can my computer handle it? My specs:

  • Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

  • CPU Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
    Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology

  • RAM 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

  • Motherboard Gateway FX6860 (CPU 1)

  • Graphics VX238 (1920x1080@60Hz) 2047MB GeForce GTX 550 Ti (EVGA)

  • Hard Drives 932GB Western Digital WDC WD10EARX-32N0YB0 ATA Device (SATA)
