[Build Help] Should I upgrade?

Post Body

I have a 24" 1920 x 1080 monitor with a evga 660 ti sc. My budget is ~$350 plus whatever I can get for my current card. I have no brand loyalty. Should I upgrade my card? I feel it isn't as strong as I want it to be anymore and I'm not really interested in sli. I'm also interested in upgrading my monitor in a couple of months if anyone has any suggestions for that as well.

Edit: cpu: 3570k w/ hyper 212, memory: 16 gb 1866, psu: thermaltake 750w, Mobo: asus P8Z77-V
