[Troubleshooting] My GPU spikes to 99% usage after ~1 min of idle, goes back to normal when mouse is moved... Anyone know what to do?

Here's the GPU-Z log, I left my computer idle from 19:18:50 to 19:20:05, where I moved my mouse... I'm running an MSI GTX660ti, MSI Z77A-G45 mobo, and a i5-3570k.

couldn't replicate it while looking at task manager. I think it's just a GPU thing because i couldn't find a task that was at high CPU usage, but GPU-Z logs told me it was at 99%, while I was looking at it in Task Manager.

EDIT: Also, I didn't install anything, this has been happening for about a month and a half. It might be also worthy to note that this seems to be only happening when I watch videos and play games, or anything with mid to high CPU and GPU usage.
