I don't know much about desktop computers. I just got some more memory for Christmas and just installed the 2 sticks, so I'm now sitting at 32 GB. When I went to turn my PC back on, the components (CPU fan, lights, etc) turned on and off several times and then it said my settings were altered or something and took me into the BIOS. I tried just restarting, but the same thing happened. Then, I tweaked my frequency to 'auto' instead of 3000 mhz or whatever I was at and now here I am writing this. My motherboard is an Asus ROG STRIX B450-F. Any recommendations for if I should go back in there and change anything? I want to get the most out of this new addition. That being said, what effect is more memory gonna do for me lmao idk what's going on
