Looking for a video card that will definitely play 1080p video (streaming on the network and local files). I'm looking at trying to get a cheap card but I'm not opposed to a little overkill as long as it's not too expensive.

Would the Intel HD2000 that's built into the processor be able to handle 1080 video?

Any other suggestions for improvements are appreciated too.
