Alright r/buildapc, how bad is my situation? Do I build a new PC altogether or can I gradually upgrade some parts?
Post Body
Intel Core i3 CPU 530 @2.93GHz
2.0GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB (it's okay to laugh)
Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
550 Watt PSU
500GB Hard Drive
This computer was built in late 2010, so it's got some time on it. It has done wonderfully on me but lately I've noticed extremely slow boot time, and switching between programs. To be extremely specific, when I play League of Legends, and exit the full-screen version of the game, it takes about a minute to make the transition and all my other programs will grind to a halt in the process. Sometimes I'm waiting two or three minutes before I can click on anything again.
