Post Body

Hi all! This is my first total build from scratch in 10 years - my current system only replaced the mobo/cpu/gpu from my last whole build but this time everything except the hard drive is getting replaced. Im looking for some general feedback as well as those who are familiar with ITX/SFF builds (ex; don't give me shit about the cooler, its literally the best one on the market thats usable in this case)

I'll be using this case: https://www.overtek.co.uk/collections/frontpage/products/densium-4-v2-sff-case-mini-itx-with-hardwood-front-panel along with a flexATX PSU that it comes with. GPUs are limited to 222 mm which means dual-fan only. I'm considering a 4060ti 16gb or a 4070 if I can find one that fits, but am also considering the next Nvidia release since they said they expect the mid range cards to be released sooner than normal. I'm also eyeing the latest Intel release because of the pricepoint and performance expectations, but I'm entirely undecided and would appreciate some input about the GPU in particular. For context, I play Overwatch2, Halo Infinite, Diablo 4, and Helldivers2 primarily, on 1440p. I want to target 144hz and I usually turn a few settings down that I dont care about, like smoke effects, etc. in order to get closer to that target. I currently have a 6600xt so I mostly play on 1440p/high and get ~80-100 fps on halo/helldivers, but want a consistent 144 with no compromises that's also on the mid/lower end of TDP (<200w) given the case space/heat dissipation constraints.

The other considerations I have are the motherboard choice and the RAM choice. I entirely stopped paying attention to all but GPUs since my last build (Ryzen-3000 era) so I have no idea what the meta is for DDR5 ram or Motherboards. My only consideration here is really that I need two NVME slots - that's it. I've added two motherboard models and two RAM sets to the list and would appreciate some feedback on those two in particular, as well as a "general sense-check" on the rest of my choices, please!

Here's the rest of my prospective build:
