Random dram light?

dram bug light comes on the motherboard upon almost every start up. Not every single one, but most. If I reset the pc, the light goes away until next time I boot it up. I do have EXPO on. But according to task manager, the temps, clock speed and stability of the ram is fine. Possible mobo issue? Maybe get a new set of ram? Help?
