Vga white light, is it the MOBO?

I got the MSI b550 AM4 as a gift, the thing is when I plug everything and get into windows everything seems normal but then the pc restarts, it doesnt turn off it just restarts and when it does the VGA led turns on for a couple seconds and then back to windows.

It happens randomly, I tested the GPU and other components and they all work, everything is plugged correctly but it keeps happening, maybe there is something in the BIOS I should adjust? Idk anymore maybe its the PCIe slot? The motherboard is brand new. Any help would be apreciated.
