Hi guys, a PC was lent to me in 2019. It's a Dell Precision T3500 which I can see is from 2009, but I think it was modified before given to me.
I am now looking to upgrade it or buy a new PC as it struggles with graphics work in Lightroom/Photoshop, and I'd like to play newer games (e.g Ghost of Tsushima, Jedi Survivor) without selecting 'Very Low'/'Off' graphics settings for everything lol.
Thing is, I am a total PC noob, so here I am for your advice: should I upgrade it or buy a totally new one? Preferably pre-built but I'm not afraid to tinker a lil.
Budget of about £1k to upgrade parts, or £1.5k for all new.
SPECS:
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3530 @ 2.80GHz, 2800 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti
Memory: 12Gb DDR3
Hard Drive: SanDisk SDSSDHII-480G 480GB
Motherboard: Dell 09KPNV
Ditch that piece of shit. Anything older than ten years is basically worthless.
